I used to draw/paint portraits, going to peoples homes. This is rather difficult and not always is the result as you expect. Yet, from the comments I concluded that more of the persons spirit is in the live portrait than in the copy after photo. I hope you will not be shy and try it once you master the wacom tablet.
I totally understand. People who can do it with real paints on canvas are geniuses whom I salute. I have a long way to go on this path.
